Check in is from 2.00pm. If you require an earlier check in for your next visit, please make enquiries at the time you make your reservation. An early check-in charge may apply.
Check out is by 10.00am. If a later departure is preferred, please enquire at Reception. A late check-out charge may apply.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge the daily room rate, should guests fail to cancel their reservation within 24 hours of check in from 4pm the day before arrival.
- This establishment shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises by the said guest or invitee unless such loss, damage or destruction was the deliberate or negligent act of the proprietor or licensee of these premises, or its authorized agents and employees or the property had been deposited in their safe custody.
- Without limiting the forgoing, personal property shall include money, jewellery and other personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises.
- When a guest registers at the reception or an invitee of a guest proceeds beyond that point, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the bound of these conditions
- Guests and Invitees of guests are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests.
- A breach of any House Rule may result in the summary eviction of the offender at the discretion of the manager.
- Breach of House Rules includes:
a) Noisy, offensive and/or unruly behavior.
b) Damage to or destruction of property.
c) Improper or unseemly conduct or any act or omission which in the opinion of the manager, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the manager, owner or other guests.
- Smoking and vaping is Prohibited Inside All of Our Rooms
Ashtrays are located outside of your room. Please respect other guests when smoking outside of your room. Failure to comply will incur a cleaning fee of $200.
Guest Services & Facilities
To operate the climate control air conditioning in your room, please use the wall mounted control panel. The temperature shown on the screen shows the current room temperature. You can adjust the set temperature using the up and down arrows. Should you require assistance please contact reception
Please place your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the outside of your room door to ensure your privacy is upheld. Please note your room will not be serviced with this sign in place except for the removal of rubbish. Should you remove this sign during the day and wish for your room to be serviced, please contact reception.
If you require medical attention, a medical centre is close-by and we may be able to assist in arranging an appointment on your behalf during business hours. If your need is more urgent, we will contact the ambulance service if necessary, or requested.
For emergency services please dial ‘0’ for an outside line followed by ‘000’ to be connected to an emergency operator. Please advise Reception if you have an emergency. Your safety is our priority. There is a defibrillator at the toilet blocks in May Park.
DON'T PANIC
At all times during an emergency, please follow the instructions carefully:
1. Reception or Motel staff, in case of fire or emergency, will advise you of the mustering point. This will depend on the location of the emergency.
2. If possible, take your phone with you when you leave. Do not return to collect your belongings. This is for your own safety.
3. Walk quickly and calmly to the mustering point advised by Reception / Motel Staff.
4. Give assistance to persons who may need it – if safe to do so.
At the Comfort Inn May Park we care about you and how we can provide you with an enjoyable experience whilst at our motel and in Horsham. If there is anything we can do for you whilst you are onsite please do not hesitate to ask our friendly housekeeping, maintenance or Reception staff.
In the event of a fire, please dial ‘0’, ‘000’ and/or advise Reception immediately. A fire evacuation plan is located on the back of your room door. Please familiarize yourself with this and note the emergency exit points in case of a fire. Your safety is our priority.
A guest laundry is located near the bbq area. The washing and drying machines are coin operated (4 x $1 wash, 4 x $1 dry). Laundry powder is available free of charge in the laundry. Washing and drying time is approximately 30 minutes each cycle.
Chilled bottled water is available from reception. There is a $3 for 1 bottle and $4 for 2 bottles offer.
A discount voucher is available from Reception for the Horsham Aquatic Centre for their available hours.
A hairdryer is provided in your room for your convenience.

Your room is equipped with an iron and ironing board. Ironing facilities are also available in the guest laundry.
The hotel has wireless broadband internet. To Access our internet, you may scan the qr code below or you may connect to "COMFORT INN GUEST WIFI" and the password is Welcome1. Simply connect to the Wi-Fi, agree to terms and conditions, input the password and login to begin browsing. For connection assistance please call reception.
Please remember to leave your keys at Reception or in the Key Drop box outside reception on departure from the hotel.
Items found in the hotel are kept for a period of three months maximum and if not claimed will be donated to charity. Should you need to trace any lost property, please contact Reception. We will contact all guest that we can ascertain that have left property in rooms on the day of departure.
A microwave oven is available for your convenience in your room.
Fresh milk for tea and coffee is available on request from Reception.
We ask that you respect the needs of others by refraining from loud discussions, playing loud music or allowing entry doors to slam. We ask that this courtesy is shown to all guests staying in the motel. Failure to comply will result in all guest being removed & no refunds. The Comfort Inn May Park has a very strict No Party Policy within reason.
